1/2 cup Ginger Syrup
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup cold sparkling water
Fresh mint, for garnish
Ice
Directions:
Combine watermelon puree, ginger syrup, lime juice, and sparkling water. Pour over ice. Garnish with mint.

1 part Eclipse Mount Gay Rum3 parts Tonic Water

4. Paloma
Every party needs tequila. Here's a refreshing option perfect for hot afternoon days.
Ingredients:
1 part tequila (blanco or reposado recommended)
3 parts grapefruit juice
Splash of club soda
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Salt or sugar for rimming (optional)
Directions:
Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, and club soda. Pour over ice. Add squeeze of lime juice and salt or sugar rim.
5. Strawberry Sipper

10 pureed strawberries
Prosecco
